Youth Mission Trip 2025

The Youth Mission Trip to Puerto Rico (PR) is for senior high school students (9-12 Grade) serving from June 21st to June 27th. We will partner with a local church in PR and assist them in the outreach ministry they provide to their communities.
Before registering each youth, the participant must have the following.
- A government-issued identification (driver’s license or passport) or a Copy of your child’s birth certificate.
- Notary form
- Update on their basic vaccinations (Tetanus, Hepatitis A, MMR, Typhoid)
The Total cost for the trip is 1800 with a $200 deposit. The first payment of $800 is due March 15th, 2025 and the final payment of $800 is due May 20th, 2025. Registration will close on Dec. 31st, 2024.
December 8th @ 7:00 PM, is an information/Registration Party for Mission Trip. Parents and Youth are encourage to attend.
